Position Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in supporting daily operational and administrative activities within the supply chain function. This role involves managing data accuracy, processing invoices and purchase orders, maintaining records, and coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate processing and input of invoices, purchase orders (POs), GRN’s and bills via the company’s SAP system.
* Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to supply chain operations, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
* Maintain and update supply chain databases and systems to ensure all data is current and accurate.
* Generate and analyze supply chain reports to support decision-making, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
* Ensure all supply chain documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Commercial, and Quality to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of projects.
* Support operational tasks such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination across different business units.
* Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring an efficient flow of information and materials.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations support role (experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred).
* Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is essential.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
