What will you be doing?
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership in complex cases involving risk, safety, and complexity of children, young people, and families
* Preparing reports for court and other settings, based on analysis of complex evidence
* Leading, guiding, and supporting Social Workers and Child Practitioners, including supervision and performance development
* Supporting NQSWs in their ASYE and acting as an assessor; supporting Student Social Workers as their Onsite Supervisor or Practice Educator
* Assisting with case planning, allocation, review, recruitment, and induction of staff
* Collaborating with the Team Manager on case audits and management tasks
About you
We seek confident, dynamic individuals who enjoy making a difference, are curious, relationship-builders, and explore possibilities. You must:
* Be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
* Be able to work from various locations and travel independently across the county
