YOUR IMPACT
OpenText is seeking qualified Sales Representatives to join our new Advanced Customer Services (ACS) team, responsible for growing our top-tier Support Programs business. These programs help our customers effectively utilize and manage OpenText products.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
* Sales and Account Management: Representing OpenText's ACS services, engaging with existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored packaged services.
* Customer Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Product Knowledge: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of ACS services and effectively communicating their value.
* Sales Strategy: Implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, using data and insights to identify growth opportunities.
* Negotiation and Closing: Conducting negotiations and closing deals that benefit both customer and company.
* Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
* Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably in the technology sector, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to articulate complex concepts persuasively.
* Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand and address customer needs.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
* Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
* Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
