We are working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Maidstone, seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, professional environment.This role would suit a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor) with approximately 24 years PQE in residential property matters. However, we are also keen to hear from experienced non-qualified conveyancers who can demonstrate a strong background managing their own caseload independently.

Matters are likely to include:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgagesTransfers of equityNew build transactions (desirable but not essential)Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitorsDelivering high levels of client care throughout the processThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer who values autonomy, efficiency and strong client relationships.
