Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday working a pattern of three shifts covering the period between 07:30 and 17:30

Our Corporate Deliveries Department is looking for an Administrator to join the team and support the daily administrative functions.
The Role:
You will work within the Corporate team, handling delivery requests, monitoring progress, and managing customer enquiries. Responsibilities include:
* Booking deliveries and liaising with subcontractors.
* Planning loads with environmental considerations.
* Processing supplier invoices and paperwork.
* Updating spreadsheets and data systems.
* Dealing with customer enquiries.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
The Successful Candidate:
* Previous administrative experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Own transport is required due to location.
