You'll play a key role in driving new business growth across their Sales and Lettings departments, identifying and developing opportunities to expand their market presence and client base. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new business opportunities for both Sales and Lettings. Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day (depending on your working hours) to potential clients, landlords, and vendors. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote agency services. Identify potential instructions, valuations, and viewings through effective lead generation. Work closely with the Sales and Lettings teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of leads. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database of prospects, contacts and call back diary. Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining high service standards. About You Proven experience in a sales or business development role - estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to handle high call volumes. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Excellent time management and organisational skills. A proactive and enthusiastic approach with a desire to succeed and grow within the business. This role would be ideal but not limited to a 2nd jobber who is looking for long term career prospects.
