About the Role Support pupils across a range of ages and abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Assist class teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery. Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils build confidence and key learning skills. Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive learning environment.
