The Role As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be key to RFMW’s growth, driving client account expansion, building customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets in your territory. Responsibilities Drive Growth: Expand existing client accounts and secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with RFMW’s skilled technical sales team, suppliers, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Global Partnerships: Partner with suppliers and sales channels to strengthen RFMW’s top technical solutions provider position. Sales Excellence: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets while achieving optimal margins and customer satisfaction. Skills & Experience Technical Sales Expertise: Proven ability to sell complex, technical products, ideally within the RF & Microwave or electronic component industry. Relationship Building: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop long-term customer relationships. Negotiation and Persuasion: Skilled in closing deals, negotiating terms, and presenting compelling sales propositions. Qualifications/License Requirement A degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field is desirable. Extensive experience in RF and microwave sales, or technical sales, may also be considered. Willing to travel within the assigned territory, must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
