The Licensed Ladieswear Designer Overview
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Licensed Ladieswear Designer to join a booming fashion company, working on high street customer accounts. The Licensed Ladieswear Designer will design ranges of Ladies nightwear.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct in depth trend research into shapes, colours, graphics and trends
2. Competitor research
3. Respond to briefs with the above research and produce new and innovative designs
4. Assist the Senior Designers at customer meetings
5. Liaise with the factories
Skills
1. Fully competent using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
2. Excellent communication, particularly working between factories and the customers
3. Confident in your abilities and when presenting designs
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional Info
The Licensed Ladieswear Designer will report into the Senior Designer and will have some experience in a similar role; licensed design experience is essential to this role.
