I am a13year oldgirl looking for a Personal Assistant to work with me10hoursper weekat home. I live with my family inTreharris,MerthyrTydfil. Ihave a rare disability that means I use a wheelchair, have feeding tubes and I am also non- verbal. I can communicate in my own way asIam verysocialand I enjoy having company. I am looking for someone to spend time with me at home, to give my family some respite and keep mecompany. Alongside,joining me in my favourite hobbies,arts andcrafts,readingand going out for walks when the weather is nice. I also love animals and as apersonal assistantyou would have to be comfortable around my 2 small friendly dogs whokeep me company.
Type of Person Required
* I would like someonewith experience of working with disabilitiesand manual handling
* To have knowledge/experience of feeding tubes
* To be patient and reliable
* Good communicationskills
* To be happy around 2 small dogs
* Over 18 years of age
Working Hours / Pay of Rate
10hoursper week flexible
£15.00 per hour
About The job
* Salary Frequency – Calendar Monthly.
* Successful applicant will be subject to a three-month trial period.
* Applicants will be requiredto undergo an enhanced DBS police check at no cost to yourself.
* Full training will be provided byfamily.
