Due to an exciting period of growth, we have multiple opportunities for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team working within a key area of our tech digital divisions.
TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE:

We are looking for someone who is ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast-paced and sales driven environment, no two days are the same but some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Learning how to use our key technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed, Lusha and more.
* Working alongside Senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies.
* Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within, actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone / digitally.
* Administration including prepping CV's, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.
* Building your professional network through social media and actively marketing through these channels
* Developing your skills and understanding with a view to becoming a 360 recruitment consultant

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Maths and English GCSE (4 and above / C and above minimum)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
* Excellent communication and time management skills

* This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Chester HQ
* Ability to present yourself in a professional manner to prospective candidates and client
