As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee the management of machine components, ensuring technical accuracy, inventory precision, and seamless logistics. You will play a role in supporting customer and service engineers' needs by coordinating component distribution, inventory control, and technical support—all while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Inventory Management & Control: Receive, inspect, and document machine components, verifying technical specifications and quality standards. Organize parts using a systematic box/board storage system and update inventory levels in ERP systems. Perform monthly inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain data integrity. Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Prepare orders by selecting, packaging, and scheduling transportation of components, ensuring compliance with requirements. Collaborate with logistics partners to manage returns, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues. Technical Parts Coordination: Locate parts using part numbers, technical drawings, or OEM codes, leveraging database systems and technical knowledge. Provide technical support to mechanics and customers via phone or email, answering parts-related inquiries (e.g., compatibility, specifications, availability). Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, such as streamlining storage workflows or improving inventory tracking methods. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive, industrial manufacturing). Fundamental understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical components. Proficiency in ERP systems or warehouse management software. Accurate handling of part numbers, codes, and technical documentation. Physical capability to perform warehouse duties (e.g., lifting, moving materials) and maintain attention to detail.
