Job Description
InteriorLAB are a Main Contractor providing construction services to the Prime Residential and Commercial sectors across London & the South East. We are looking for a Junior Estimator to join our small dynamic team and contribute to the future growth of our established business. You will be based at our Petersfield Office with travel to sites and our London office.
You will have experience in either a fast paced Design and Build commercial environment or have worked on Prime residential projects, working alongside professional teams and architects.
You will be reporting to our Estimator and Commercial Director, working with a dedicated team delivering all elements of our pre construction activities.
You will be required to:
· Work collaboratively with colleagues and our valued supplied chain
· Control costs and adopt a creative approach to Value Engineering
· Review tender documents to assess client requirements and specification
· Create a subcontractor list suited to the project specifics
