Overview
The successful candidates will need to complete 12 weeks of training, whilst training the pay will be NMW. You will be required to work full time during training, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours a week on a shift pattern). Week one 9am-5pm, week two 8am-4pm, week three 10.30-6.30pm, and then this will be repeated until training has been completed. We understand full time training may not be possible for some candidates. If you are successful for an interview, we are open to flexibility for the training schedule.

Team note
The care navigation team is a large team consisting of all ages and experience. The team are highly skilled and very hard working, they strive together to achieve the best outcomes for both patients and teams.
