JOB Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:

Monitoring and Maintenance:
They monitor machine performance, troubleshoot any issues, perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning and lubrication, and report major problems to supervisors.
Quality Control:
Machine operators are responsible for ensuring the quality of the parts produced, which can involve visual inspection, using measuring tools, and comparing output against established standards.
Safety Compliance:
They adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and others.
Material Handling:
This can involve loading and unloading materials, moving finished parts, and managing inventory.
Documentation:
Some machine operators may be required to maintain logs of production data, material usage, and any maintenance performed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Knowledge of machine operation, maintenance procedures, and basic mechanical principles.
