Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Commercial Property/Real Estate Senior Lawyer 6+ PQE to join their flourishing North London outfit.
This firms presence within the Commercial Property market is undeniable. The directors have an incredible depth of knowledge and experience. The quality of work is second to none; it includes but not limited to management advice, property funding, Sales & Purchases, Landlord & Tenant and the handling of more complex matters.
Despite dealing with a high calibre of work, your caseload will always be manageable. You may also be asked to assist more senior managers with more complex matters, and a support network supports every team member.
Requirements:
1. You will be a Commercial Property/Real Estate Senior Solicitor 6+ PQE
2. You will be a dynamic and personable individual
3. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
4. You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
