We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Melton Mowbray for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. The practice is looking for a vet with good experience gained in a small animal practice who has excellent communication skills in order to inform and support clients and a genuine interest in animal welfare. You must have good general surgical and medical skills and be passionate about keeping up to date with your own professional development. Ideally, you will have good ultrasound skills but not essential. You must have the confidence to work sole charge on occasion. This role is full time for 5 days per week with 1 night on-call per week and 1 weekend per month on-call which is supported by an RVN.
