The incumbent will work closely with Department Managers on carrying out Landscape strategy to fulfill the operation need, including but not limited to the plant propagation works in nursery. Support in supervision of the routine landscape maintenance duties, includes watering, weeding, pesticide control, fertilizing and tending care of plants, as well as deliver Landscape improvement duties under the strategy management of Landscaping Head Office.
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in nursery operations, garden maintenance, or agriculture, with a strong emphasis on practical fieldwork and proven expertise in horticultural practices.
* At least 6 years of supervisory experience leading frontline gardening or nursery teams, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Extensive experience in nursery operations, encompassing plant propagation, inventory management, daily operational oversight, and optimization of production processes for efficiency and quality.
* Comprehensive knowledge of plant varieties and growth requirements, including accurate identification of common species, soil preparation, fertilization techniques, irrigation systems, integrated pest management (IPM), climate control, and adaptation to environmental challenges.
* Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to start work early in the morning and availability for weekends, public holidays, and occasional shifts to meet operational demands.
* Strong physical fitness for outdoor work, with the capability to perform manual tasks in diverse weather conditions.
