Arcus FM – M&E Engineer
Are you an experienced electrician based around the Moreton‑in‑Marsh area, seeking a new and rewarding challenge? Arcus FM are recruiting for an electrically biased M&E Engineer to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award‑winning FM provider, delivering high‑quality services to our site‑based client.

What You'll Be Doing
As a M&E Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site.
Responsibilities
* Electrical PPMs
* Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
* Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance
* Fault finding and general repairs
* Delivering autonomous and high‑quality technical services
Essential Requirements
* 18th Edition qualification
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
* Valid UK driving licence
* Proven experience in a similar M&E role
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Solid understanding of health & safety protocols
Desirable Qualifications
* F‑Gas Certification
* IOSH Working Safely qualification
* Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
Additional Information
* 40‑hour working week (Monday‑Friday)
* Participation in a 1‑in‑6 week call‑out rota, including weekends
