A bit about the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Administration Agent to join our Customer Care Team in Warrington.
The Customer Care Administration Agent will support the Customer Care and Recoveries departments in completing administrative duties. Administrative duties will include:
* Completes daily collections bucket movement – day 19s and day 33s – using the customer journey process to ensure all accounts are checked and worked to progress within the collections strategy.
* Ensures all settled accounts have been correctly – this includes good and bad closures.
* Completes all ‘right to rectification’ requests submitted.
* Supports and updates compliance with DSARs.
* Checks credit balance requests are actioned within SLA. Works with finance during this process.
* Actions all admin work for debt sale.
* Supports all mailboxes – working and responding to emails that come in.
* Actions and uploads incoming post.
* Completes ad hoc admin requests as instructed by the Customer Care management team.

Where and when:
Based at our Warrington site, the working hours will be 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What you need:

* Display the highest level of verbal and written communication to customers suppliers and third parties.
* Handle distressed collections accounts sensitively and confidently.
* Communicate in an appropriate way with colleagues and customers demonstrating a full understanding of the recipient’s needs.
* Have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers for the mutual benefit of our customers and our business.
* Have excellent attention to detail.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Have experience of an outbound calling environment.
