* Support digital recruitment campaigns and events where required
* Monitor and respond to messages through the website's live chat
* Contribute to regular reporting on enquiries and conversion data

* Ability to sensitively explore personal topics with prospective carers
* Experience in fostering, social care, recruitment, or similar
* Strong organisational and IT skills (CRM or database experience preferred)
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently from home
* A genuine passion for improving the lives of children
* Self-motivated
* Driving Licence and access to a car
Desirable
* Flexibility to work some weekends.
* Knowledge of the fostering process and relevant legislation.
What We Offer:

* A meaningful part-time role
* Full training and ongoing support
* A warm and committed team culture
* The chance to be part of a family-run organisation making a real impact
