Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Partner with teams across the business to design fair, forward-thinking pricing strategies that put customers first Use data creatively to identify opportunities, uncover trends and shape pricing models that support a sustainable future Collaborate on projects that bring new products and flexible pricing options to life from time-of-use tariffs to dynamic energy solutions Share insights that help decision-makers understand the story behind the data Support the continuous improvement of our pricing tools and platforms to enhance how we work and deliver for customers Help drive decarbonisation by turning energy data into meaningful action that benefits both people and the planet Are we the perfect match? You’ll have around 2 years’ experience in a Pricing or Commercial analytics role, feeling confident working with large, complex datasets and turning them into actionable insights. Have strong analytical skills and enjoy using data to solve problems and make a real difference Are confident using Excel or Google Sheets to interpret and present data; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus Communicate clearly and compassionately, translating complex data into insights everyone can understand Enjoy working with others, building positive relationships and collaborating across teams Can balance curiosity and creativity with commercial thinking and attention to detail It would be great if you had: Experience in the energy, utilities or other regulated industries Knowledge of residential or SME pricing models Familiarity with Python for data analysis and modelling A passion for sustainability and innovation Experience using data visualisation tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) to tell compelling stories Your place in our journey: We’re recruiting three Pricing Analysts, and we’re open to applications at junior and senior levels.
