As Reservation Manager, you are the first impression of Osteria Angelina the voice, the tone, the sense of welcome. Youre not just managing bookings; youre shaping the guest experience before they even walk through the door.
Youll own the reservation system, manage guest communications, build relationships with regulars, and help the restaurant operate like a perfectly tuned machine. Youll be part of the management team, feeding into strategy, logistics, and guest satisfaction and most importantly, bringing energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality to everything you do.

System Management + Efficiency
Manage and optimise the reservations platform (SevenRooms or Triple Seat)
Track booking trends, pacing, and capacity to maximise smooth flow and covers
Work closely with the GM, floor managers, and kitchen on daily planning
Support walk-in management and waitlists during service times
Collaboration + Culture
Lead and train hosts and receptionists on tone, standards, and presence
Be present during peak shifts to support front desk and greet key guests
Represent the soul and energy of the brand through every touchpoint
Reservations ManagerRequirements
Previous experience in a reservations or front-of-house management role
Comfortable with reservation platforms (SevenRooms)
Good knowledge of floor plans, cover management, and guest communication
Strong written and verbal English
A love of good food, good wine, and great people.
