The Role
:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage residential conveyancing cases, with potential to expand into commercial conveyancing.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling re-mortgages and managing transfer of equity.
2. Facilitating right to buy transactions.
3. Conducting sales and purchases.
4. Overseeing transactions involving leaseholds.
5. Managing lease extensions and overseeing deed variations.
6. Handling shared ownership matters.
7. Dealing with new build properties.
Requirements:
8. Previously worked as a Fee earner, Solicitor or in a similar role.
9. At least 2 years PQE in conveyancing.
10. Background in handling own case load independently covering the full range of conveyancing transactions.
11. Experience dealing with some commercial conveyancing matters would be preferred.
