PR AGENCY ADMIN ASSISTANT Location: Carshalton, Greater London (SM5) Type: Permanent, part-time Hours: 5hrs per day, plus a 30-min lunch break, with flexible start times from 8-10am Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum DOE (pro-rata, 0.67 FTE), plus £1,250 annual bonus potential No agencies please About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and efficient admin assistant to join our office-based team on a permanent, part-time basis, working five hours per day, Monday to Friday. This role would be ideal for someone seeking the security of working for a longstanding and successful local business, but with the flexibility to fit working hours around other commitments. This is a new role within our busy PR agency, designed to support the growth of both our team and our client base. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Support & Events Manager to support our team of account handlers in the smooth delivery of client services, and the management of our office systems. We work from spacious & modern offices close to Carshalton Park & ponds. We support a wide range of premium brand clients across our specialist sectors, which includes the automotive, aviation, pharmaceutical and veterinary industries. The role is office-based Monday to Thursday, working from home on Fridays.
