Junta Group is proud to partner with a highly respected provider of children's residential care to recruit 8 experienced Senior Support Workers.

The Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll:
* Support children aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD) or LD
* Lead by example and support a team of residential staff
* Ensure children receive consistent, high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards
* Take on key working responsibilities, safeguarding, and care planning
* Work a mix of long days, sleep-ins and weekend shifts
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working in a children's residential setting (at least 12 months)
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
* Confident leadership skills and emotional resilience
* A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
