Technical Software Delivery Manager – Crewe (Hybrid)
End-to-End Software Technical Delivery Manager to join one of our tech-driven clients in Crewe, joining a busy team due to growth. Your chance to make an impact, work on exciting software projects, and drive technical innovation!
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cutting-edge software projects. You’ll work across both internal and external initiatives, delivering top-tier software development projects. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders is essential. Gathering, refining, and translating business requirements into clear technical solutions and ensuring seamless project delivery from start to finish. This is a fast-paced software development environment, where you will wear many hats – leading projects, shaping solutions, and bridging the business and tech teams. This role would suit someone with strong Business Analysis skills, experience gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.
This role is best suited for someone with experience in a software development environment, able to leverage technical expertise, and communicate effectively with software developers working with C# & Java. Previous experience working on projects across Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and familiarity with project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, ITIL, Jira, is required. As this is a fast-paced environment, you need to be proactive, a great communicator, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
It is essential that you have worked on software development projects end-to-end, from inception to completion. Please note, my client is not looking for experience in helpdesk or infrastructure projects at this time.
