19/05/2023 Executive PA and Projects Coordinator Location: INTO Manchester Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Full time-Permanent We have an opening for a PA and Projects Coordinator at INTO Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and a busy environment. Reporting to the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day to day administration to ensure smooth running of the department and assist the senior management team with various projects. As PA and Projects Coordinator, you will be assisting with the preparation of board reports and materials for meetings and presentations. You will organise and maintain the diaries of the Centre Director and Senior Management Team (SMT), scheduling appointments and meetings where necessary, liaising with key INTO, University and external stakeholders. You will act as initial point of contact for incoming enquiries for the Centre Director, handling requests and taking messages, screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and assist the Centre Director with the production of presentations, documents and briefing papers. This role offers you the opportunity to work with different teams and departments, as you will be working closely with the HR, Finance, Academics and Student Services Teams. The role also involves organising Centre Governance meetings, booking rooms and taking and distributing minutes, previous experience is essential. You will have previous experience in servicing meetings at senior management level with high level IT skills in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You will also have excellent command of spoken and written English and the ability to build and manage good working relationships with people at all levels.
