Lead Software Engineer
Technical Guidance:
1. Provide technical guidance and leadership in the design and development of software applications using C#.
2. Ensure the application of best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance.
3. Stay updated with the latest developments in C# and related technologies.
Software Development:
4. Design, code, test, debug, and document complex applications and systems.
5. Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
6. Collaborate with other team members to integrate systems and solutions.
Skills
Comprehensive understanding of:
7. C#
8. TDD, BDD, DDD
9. Able to confidently discuss the various architectural patterns with a good understanding of trade-offs
10. Experience with SQL and NoSQL DBMS
11. Modern source control system (for example GitHub)
12. Experience with a cloud platform (Azure/AWS)
13. Event Sourcing (desirable)
14. Experience with an AI platform (OpenAI), (desirable)
