As we celebrate our successful opening of our 4th home at Merida we are now looking at the 5th home. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Newmarket based children's homes for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, by making a positive difference to their lives.
Essential Information
* Full time and bank contracts
* Hourly rate of £12.69 - £13.31 for days 8am-8:30pm
* 236 hours of paid annual leave per annum
* Higher rates of pay for Team Leader and Deputy Manager positions
* Monthly rota
* 365 day a year job, including Christmas, New Year, and all holidays; shifts consist of long hours and sleep‑ins (essential); hours differ per home
* Must be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
* Driving essential due to locations of the homes
* No experience needed
