We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to join our dedicated Specialist Assessment, Intervention and Family Time Team (SAIFT) on a 24-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
Your role would be to undertake parenting assessments, specifically reunification assessments to consider the possibility of children we care for, returning to their family network.
As a Social Worker within SAIFT, you would be allocated a number of assessments but would not case hold, allowing you to fully focus on your assessments. The nature of the role means that although you will have ample work, you are afforded autonomy and flexibility in terms of your workload, which helps promote a positive work/life balance.
Benefits & Working Arrangements
This position comes with a 5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
Our hybrid working model means office staff are on site for at least half their hours, community-based staff carry out at least half their admin time in a workplace, and customer-facing roles work entirely from their service location.
