About the Role
As CTO, you’ll join the senior leadership team and lead the strategic development of scalable, AI-enhanced production and post-production workflows. You'll design a seamless, metadata-driven content pipeline—integrating real-time tools, automation, and hybrid cloud infrastructure to empower creative teams and streamline delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Architect AI-driven workflows spanning acquisition to delivery
Lead infrastructure development (cloud/on-prem) for scalable VFX and editorial operations
Oversee the integration of machine learning tools across creative processes
Drive R&D in AI-assisted VFX, editorial automation, and synthetic media
Build and lead a world-class tech team across systems, pipeline, and ML
Ensure security, compliance, and cross-team collaboration
What We're Looking For
~10+ years in media tech leadership (film, TV, or digital production)
~ Proven AI/ML deployment experience in post-production environments
~ Deep expertise in cloud-native workflows, DAM/MAM systems, and pipeline architecture
~ Strong grasp of media formats and standards (ACES, IMF, AS-11)
~ Visionary leadership with a hands-on, practical approach
