As a Manager in our regional Financial Services Advisory team, you will:
* Work on advisory and independent assurance projects for financial services firms across all sectors.
* Develop and maintain deep client relationships.
* Enhance your commercial management and business development skills.
* Further develop technical and regulatory knowledge.
* Support the wider Financial Services Advisory team.
You’ll be someone with:
* A recognised accountancy or internal audit qualification and/or membership (e.g., ICAEW, CIMA, CIIA, ACCA)—preferred but not essential.
* Significant experience in regulatory assurance or internal audit within professional or financial services firms.
* A solid understanding of the regulatory environment, including knowledge of FCA conduct rules, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, credit risk, SMCR, operational resilience, consumer duty, and culture.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, lead, and manage stakeholders.
* Experience leading teams.
* A focused approach to managing quality and risk.
