What you’ll be doing
* Supporting customers with confidence and care
You’ll listen carefully to understand each customer’s needs and guide them to effective technical solutions in a clear, reassuring way.
* Creating positive customer experiences
By showing empathy, patience and understanding, you’ll help customers feel heard, supported and valued.
* Identifying helpful product options
Where appropriate, you’ll suggest relevant upgrades or services that genuinely benefit the customer, passing warm leads to our sales team.
* Working as part of a supportive team
You’ll collaborate with colleagues and team leaders who are focused on shared success, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Pay & hours
* Permanent 40‑hour contract
* Convenient location, at Central Business Park, Larbert
* 5 days out of 7, between 8am–9pm
* £26,520 annual salary
* Bonus opportunity of up to £250 per month, plus uncapped bonus from successful lead generation
