As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to meet sales targets.
2. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
3. Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with support from the Centre Manager.
4. Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
6. Implement creative incentive schemes to motivate the team.
7. Ensure excellent customer service via the team.
8. Monitor delivery schedules to maintain service levels.
9. Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
10. Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines.
