How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our global logistics team, your work will directly support clinical trials by ensuring investigational products are delivered on time, compliant, and fit for purpose. Every shipment you manage helps our customers bring vital therapies closer to patients.
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you’ll work closely with internal teams, external clients, and courier partners to deliver seamless, cost-effective logistics solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Manage import and export processes, including customs documentation and clearance instructions
2. Prepare and issue all required shipping and export documentation
3. Accurately enter shipment data into courier ERP systems to ensure smooth collections and deliveries
4. Maintain compliant filing of shipment documentation to support AEO status
5. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external logistics enquiries
6. Track and follow up pro-forma invoices to meet service level agreements
