Full‑time Lecturer in Childcare, Health and Social Care at Hertford Regional College.
Salary: £35,000–£43,800 per annum (full time).

About the role
We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons.
* Support and motivate students to achieve their best.
* Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation.
* Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively.
Qualifications
* Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or willingness to work towards one.
* Demonstrable experience within Childcare / Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in subject specialism in a further or higher‑education environment.
* GCSEs C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16–19, including those with additional needs.
