<div><p>One of Loriens key public sector clients is looking for a <b>Design Manager</b> to join their team on an initial <b>3-month contract</b></p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>Managing and supporting a team of designers</li><li>Overseeing design workflow, prioritisation, and delivery of projects</li><li>Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to scope and prioritise design requests</li><li>Ensuring high‑quality design output across branding, publications, and internal communications</li><li>Supporting delivery across a range of assets including reports, learning materials, and digital content</li></ul><h3><b>Key Skills & Experience:</b></h3><ul><li>Experience managing or leading design teams</li><li>Strong background in <b>graphic design / communications design</b></li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance workload demandSolid experience using <b>Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)</b></li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Experience in <b>public sector or regulated environments</b> is beneficial</li></ul></div>
