Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, Full-time, 40 hours per week. Start Date: ASAP
Flying Start Nursery is a small, nurturing nursery with a true home-from-home feel, where children are supported to learn through curiosity, play, and secure relationships. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to high-quality early years practice and wants to be part of a supportive, professional team.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification. This role would suit a practitioner who is confident, reflective, and enthusiastic about supporting children's development through meaningful play and learning experiences. You will support children aged 0 – 5 years, acting as a Key Person for a group of children, planning engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), observing and assessing children's development and planning nextsteps. You will build strongpartnerships with parents and carers and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
If you have experience of working in an early years setting, have a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development, are reliable, motivated, a strong team player and committed to maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care, we would love to hear from you.
