Mobile Maintenance Engineer City of London and Surrounding Areas £45,000 - £48,000 We've got a great role for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a growing portfolio based in London and surrounding areas. This is a great role if you're looking to oversee several commercial sites, expand your client management skills and to be part of a growing service provider. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, respond to emergencies, liaise with subcontractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided. Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Electrical fault finding Working with single and three-phase power Emergency lighting testing and repairs Fire alarm testing and maintenance Distribution board work Maintenance of motors, pumps, bearings, and seals HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, and VRFs Filter and belt changes General fabric and building services maintenance Mobile Maintenance Engineer Requirements: City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent in either electrical installations or a mechanical related subject At least 3 years within building services A full UK driving license Apprentice trained - Desirable Salary and Package: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 8 - 5 Van, fuel card, PPE and tools provided Company pension scheme Overtime available Internal progression On going training If you're interested in this Mobile Maintenance Engineer role, apply today!
