Description
The In-house Commercial Solicitor will be:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
* Advising on technology agreements, including SaaS and IT procurement
* Supporting procurement processes and supplier arrangements
* Providing pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders
* Assisting with risk management and compliance matters
Profile
The In-house Commercial Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ PQE in commercial contracts
* Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
* Familiar with technology and/or procurement work (desirable)
* Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Able to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
Salary circa £60k depending on experience plus benefits and career progression from within a top business.
