An excellent opportunity for a Graduate Chemist or Technologist looking to develop technical expertise, with full training and long-term progression opportunities.
This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in materials processing, equipment operation, and industrial production systems, working closely with a technical manager and eventually progressing into the same role.
The company is a well-established manufacturer supplying bespoke solutions across industries including aerospace, oil & gas, food, and chemical processing.
The Role
Monitoring production processes
Look after product development projects
Monday to Friday, day-based role with overtime opportunitiesThe Person
Degree or background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
Interest in manufacturing processes, materials behaviour, and industrial systems
Willingness to learn and develop technical and practical skills
Any hands-on or laboratory experience is advantageous but not essentialAll in all, this is a great chance to work in a technically challenging role with progression to technical manager in 2 years.
