Job Description
Join our team and you'll be responsible for driving business transformation and optimising processes through the effective use of Salesforce and other related technologies.
Working in theCommercial Systems & Intelligence function, you will be experienced in Salesforce and have a blend of analytical, technical and business acumen with a proven track record for delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities
* Lead on high complexity/value initiatives: Review and analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement; Use relevant techniques such as gap or use case analyses to recommend holistic solutions that align with business objectives; Develop and document business requirements and functional specifications.
* Stakeholder management: Bridge the gap between various business department and technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration; Facilitate workshops and meetings to achieve clear outcomes with comprehensive outputs; Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals; Facilitate complex and challenging discussions with all levels of stakeholders to get input and buy in.
* Focus on business value and project success: Assist in planning of projects, ensuring they are set up to deliver on time and within budget; Use Agile tools and methodologies to drive progress and track deliverables; Drive informed business decisions by providing relevant analysis and information, including data analysis and interpretation as well as assessing urgency and risk; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
* Continuous improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices; Contribute to the standardisation of internal BA artefacts; Provide training and support to more junior members of the Business Analysis team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on high complexity/value initiatives.
* Proven experience working with Salesforce and related technologies.
* Strong track record of facilitation with multiple, diverse and complex stakeholder groups.
* Proficient in business process analysis (including all relevant tools and techniques) and systems development lifecycles.
* Strong and concise communicator, who can demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills and be curious by nature and dares to ask questions, challenge ideas or question the status quo in a constructive way.
