The Brand Manager will work on offering dedicated support to top-tier brands to grow with Amazon by identifying and improving key customer inputs for growth, such as content, marketing, and stock availability. Additionally, the Brand Manager will help brands leverage Amazon’s tools and programs to enhance their business inputs.

About the Role:
As a Brand Manager, you will focus on five core areas for the brand: Selection, Demand Generation, Catalogue Quality, Business Advice, and Availability.
The ideal candidate should have experience in building brand relationships, planning product cycles, and online selling. They should be flexible, results-driven, self-starting, and possess strong analytical skills. Proven track record in ownership, driving results, and executing ideas quickly in a fast environment is essential. An entrepreneurial mindset and confidence in making independent, data-driven decisions are important. The candidate must be capable of planning, forecasting, and managing an online business effectively, and communicate well with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Building Selection: Identify selection gaps and ensure all relevant products from the brand are listed on Amazon.
2. Demand Generation: Collaborate with the category management team to create marketing strategies aligned with vendor objectives.
3. Business Advice: Support brands' participation in Amazon programs.
4. Availability: Maintain continuous product availability.
5. Catalogue Quality: Ensure accurate and high-quality product information on Amazon, including images and descriptions.
Basic Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience with Excel.
* Over 5 years of experience in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with a focus on negotiations and results delivery.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
* Experience in financial analysis and P&L ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience managing large datasets to improve performance and processes.
* Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and product development.
