A leading global consulting organisation is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join their delivery team in Newcastle on a permanent basis
What you’ll have the opportunity to do
* Act as the link between stakeholders and delivery teams, helping shape problems, define requirements and support delivery
* Work closely with engineers, designers and testers to ensure solutions are well defined, feasible and aligned to business needs
* Support Agile ways of working through prioritisation, workshops, ceremonies and ongoing collaboration
* Help teams prepare for change, ensuring solutions are understood and ready to be adopted
About the Candidate
The right Business Analyst should have:
* Experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology led environments
* Comfortable working in Agile teams and navigating changing requirements
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence explaining technical detail in plain terms
* Experience producing clear documentation such as user stories, process flows or functional descriptions
* A logical, curious mindset with an interest in how systems, data and integrations work
* Will be S/C Clearable (5+ years continuous UK address history)
