Book and manage service appointments efficiently. Upsell products and services to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction. Work towards performance targets in a high-energy environment. Maintain compliance with company and health and safety standards. What We Are Looking For as aSenior Service Advisor Main dealer experience (you will already know what to expect). Confidence using Keyloop/DMS systems. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. A valid UK driving licence.
