The Role:
Delivering engaging lessons (General and/or Subject Specialism)
Following school policies and lesson plans
Supporting student progress and classroom behaviour
Providing continuity during staff absences
Adapting teaching styles to suit different school environments
The Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
Recent classroom experience in secondary education
Flexibility, reliability and professionalism
Strong behaviour management skills
