As our Resource Planning Clerk, you’ll ensure that the Contact Management Department is adequately staffed to meet demand.
The department handles over 3000 calls daily, operating 24/7. You will help ensure there is always someone available to assist callers.
This is a part-time role offering 18 hours per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Support deployment of resources within the department
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
* Assist duty management with applications for leave, TOIL, rest days, and flexi
The Must Haves
* Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style
* Experience working in a high-pressure environment
* Experience with data entry, retrieval, and interrogation of computer systems
