Job Purpose:
To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join an already successful team within our Scotland Sales organisation. The Sales Executive will be granted immediate responsibility over up to 250 existing accounts to manage and grow. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your sales career and knowledge of the IT infrastructure market through continued business level conversations with clients, colleagues, and external training from a leading provider. Individuals from this team can accelerate their career into more senior roles where they will be dealing with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect existing accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new and existing business.
* Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory.
* Grow sales opportunities generated from marketing activities,
* Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through close.
* Provide accurate sales opportunity pipelines on monthly basis.
* Work with clients and colleagues to create corporate proposals that include IT service solutions to meet the clients’ requirements.
* Maintain clear business understanding of how existing clients are impacted by using Pulsant solutions.
* Ensure Pulsant CRM is updated in a timely fashion with information governed by Pulsant sales process.
Our ideal candidate:
* Passion for and experience in retaining and growing customers and delivering high levels of client satisfaction
* Excellent phone manner and ability to engage and build rapport with all levels of a customer’s business.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills face to face and via telephone and emails.
* A self starter who is willing to roll their sleeves up, ask the right questions and make this role their own
* Team player
* B2B sales experience would be desirable but not essential
