We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support to UK office, based in Cornwall. The Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining professional documentation, and coordinating administrative activities across the company. They will be an important point of contact for project managers, project team members, clients, vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily administrative support to the UK office.
* Prepare, format, and maintain professional company documentation, including proposals, reports, technical documents, and meeting minutes.
* Ensure all documents comply with company branding standards whilst maintaining strict adherence confidentiality of company and client information.
* Manage the tracking of project details and information in company information systems.
* Help to maintain document storage systems in good order, including SharePoint, servers and other systems as required
* Support finance and payroll teams with administrative information requests and special global projects as required.
* Manage incoming inquiries and direct them appropriately.
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and other administrative activities.
* Provide general assistance to the wider administrative team as needed.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong formatting and editing skills.
* Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, including business writing.
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
* Highly organised and detail oriented, with strong time management skills and an ability to balance multiple tasks and effectively prioritise assignments.
* Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Highly proficient with Microsoft tools, specifically SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Proficiency in project management related processes and software.
* Strong aptitude and interest for learning new technologies.
* Knowledge in formal documentation formatting, filing, and tracking techniques.
* Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
